Account Verification After Login At Wild Robin
After you sign in, Wild Robin may ask for verification before you can withdraw money or change sensitive account details. The check links your profile to a real person and confirms the payment method you use.
Verification is triggered when you request your first withdrawal, when the withdrawal amount is unusually high for the account, or when you change details like your name, email, phone number, or withdrawal method. The casino also runs checks when anti-fraud systems flag logins from new countries, new devices, or repeated failed login attempts.
If you deposit with a card or an e-wallet in a different name, Wild Robin blocks withdrawals until the account owner and the payment method match. If you have more than one account or share a device with other players, the casino can request verification and suspend cashouts until the situation is clarified.
- ID: A clear photo or scan of a valid passport, national ID card, or driving licence; the document must show full name, date of birth, and expiry date, with all corners visible.
- Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter showing your full name and current address; it typically needs to be dated within the last 3 months.
- Payment method: For bank cards, a photo of the card with the middle digits covered and only the last 4 digits visible; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and wallet ID or email.
- Source of funds (when requested): Payslips, a tax document, or a bank statement that shows incoming funds; this is requested when transaction patterns trigger enhanced checks.
- Selfie / liveness check (when requested): A selfie holding your ID or a short in-app liveness video, used when the casino needs to confirm the document holder matches the account owner.
Wild Robin reviews uploaded files and either approves the account or asks for a resubmission if images are cropped, blurred, edited, or don’t match the account details. Once the account is verified, withdrawals and account changes generally process without repeating the full document set unless something changes.
